We welcome students of absolutely any level: from complete beginners (A1), where we learn the alphabet and reading rules, all the way to advanced students (C1–C2) preparing for the DELE exam. During a free consultation, your curator will assess your level and match you with the perfect group or format.
That's completely normal and a very common situation. In a trial session, the curator will assess your level and place you in a group where you'll get back up to speed quickly. The main thing is wanting to speak again.
This is the most common concern, and our groups are designed precisely to solve it. The group is small, the atmosphere is friendly, and nobody judges anyone for mistakes — we're all in the same boat. Most people forget their shyness by the second session.
60 minutes. Classes take place twice a week on our platform — no Zoom, no Skype, everything in one place: video calls, materials, homework and group chat.
You'll get the full video recording of the lesson and all the materials — you won't fall behind. For one-on-one lessons you can reschedule for free up to 12 hours before the start. Your teacher is always available in the chat — you can ask a question or request a separate walkthrough of a topic.
Yes. We have morning, daytime and evening groups. During your trial lesson, the curator will find a schedule that fits your routine. We take time zones into account — our students come from Russia, the CIS, Europe and Latin America.
We have both native speakers and bilingual teachers — we alternate the formats. Native speakers give you living speech and authentic expressions, while bilingual teachers help you break down tricky points in a language you fully understand.
Yes. After you successfully pass the final exam, we issue an official Hola School certificate aligned with the CEFR standard, stating your level (A1, A2, B1, etc.).
On average, if your current level matches the exam level you're aiming for, focused preparation for the DELE format takes between 2 and 4 months with 2–3 lessons a week.
Yes. On the DELE PREP course we only work with certified examiners from the Instituto Cervantes who administer the exam themselves and know all the pitfalls.
Of course. Our curator will help you choose the nearest accredited centre in your country and fill out all the documents correctly.
During a free consultation, the examiner will assess your current level and advise which DELE is realistic to prepare for. B2 is the most in demand (required for universities), B1 is for work migration, and C1 is for a master's degree and permanent residence.
The HABLA club is suited to levels A2–B2. If you know basic grammar and have a vocabulary of roughly 500–1000 words, you're a great fit. If you're a complete beginner, check out the CURSO NUEVO course first.
The CURSO NUEVO course is designed specifically for beginners. The very first lesson starts with «Hola, ¿cómo te llamas?» — no prior knowledge needed. In the group everyone starts at the same level, so nobody falls behind or races ahead.
Yes, we accept payments from all over the world. By foreign bank card, via SBP, as well as modern methods — including cryptocurrency through a secure payment system.
Yes. When you buy a package of 3 months or more, you can arrange installments from our partner banks — with no overpayment and no down payment. The amount is simply split into equal monthly payments.

Yes. For example, many students combine CURSO NUEVO (the group course) and SOLO (one-on-one lessons) for extra practice between classes. There's a discount on the combo — we'll tell you all about it during the consultation.
No. All lessons take place on our own platform. Within a single window you get an HD video call with your teacher, an interactive whiteboard, homework and a personal vocabulary list.
Yes. The platform is fully optimized for mobile devices. There's also a mobile app — you can review words on flashcards on the metro or listen to audio lessons while out for a run.
